Heritage Oaks, Tequesta FL

Heritage Oaks is located in Tequesta FL on the Martin County side of the border between Palm Beach County and Martin County.  First developed in the 1980's,  homes in Heritage Oaks have lots which generally run from 1/3 to over 1/2 an acre.  A number of homes are  newer construction. The homes are set back from the streets and from one another and are of varied construction styles.

Most of the homes in Heritage Oaks have between 3 and 4 bedrooms and generally run between 2,800 and 3,800 sq. ft.  Homes in Heritage Oaks located on the Loxhatchee River can run about twice the cost of other homes in the community.  Heritage Oaks is approximately 25 miles from downtown West Palm Beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heritage Oaks Racquet Club

 Residents can join the Heritages Oaks Racquet Club which has modest annual fees but residents are not required to join.  There are six clay courts, a small pro shop with a tennis pro and several teams.
